OrganaBio sources leukopaks from a diverse and fully characterized pool of donors. Customers can access the cryopreserved inventory and select LeukoPAC™ lots that best fit their specific requirements. Customers can view product inventory and choose products based on donor characteristics such as, gender, age, race, ethnicity, blood type, BMI, and smoking status. In addition to the infectious disease serology that is required by US FDA 21 CFR 1271, all donors are screened for CMV, EBV, WNV, and alloantibodies. High resolution genotyping by NGS is performed for HLA-A, B, C, DR, DQ, DP on all donors, and customers can select product lots from donors with common or rare HLA alleles. Additionally, an immunophenotyping profile allows customers to select material based on specific immune cell subset distribution, such as CD4:CD8 T cell ratio, B cells, monocytes, or NK cells composition. Customers can also screen cryopreserved lots by purchasing single vials from multiple lots to determine which lot is the best fit for their research.
